The uptrend was driven by notable gains in Oando (+8.08%), Stanbic IBTC (+5.38%), Nigerian Breweries (+4.81%), Zenith Bank (+1.04%), UBA (+1.30%), Honeywell Flour Mills (+7.14%), and AccessCorp (+0.70%).
On the flip side, the session saw declines in Transcorp (-4.65%), MTNN (-0.36%), GTCO (-0.65%), Dangote Sugar (-1.15%), and FirstHoldCo (-0.80%).
Market turnover stood at ₦19.8 billion (US$12.4 million), buoyed by trades in MTNN, GTCO, Nigerian Breweries, Zenith Bank, and AccessCorp. Year-to-date, the NGX All Share Index has returned +5.96%. We expect a mixed session in the next trading session.
