Among the key gainers were Oando (+9.90%), Stanbic (+6.74%), Seplat (+1.28%), Jaizbank (+5.07%), Ucap (+2.17%), Fidelitybank (+0.14%) and Wema (+1.56%). On the flip side, Transcohot (-3.97%), UBA (-1.32%), Transcorp (-1.37%), FBNH (-0.72%), Intbrew (-2.17%), Sterling (-1.94%) and Accessco (-0.26%) recorded losses.
Market turnover stood at N 7.7 billion ($ 4.8 million), primarily driven by trades in Jaizbank and Seplat. Year to date, the index is up by 28.25%. We expect the market to maintain its current levels in the next session.
